Suraya Nikwan APD provides a comprehensive diet analysis for any individual that would like to know if their diets are on the right track and improvements that could be made to achieve their goals. Personalised diet plans are provided following the completion of a three (at least one weekday and/or weekend) or a seven day food diary. Nutrition composition of diets is observed and a written report on your current diet with areas to improve are provided. A sample week meal plan, based off the foods that you currently consume will be provided to initiate your journey to better health. This process will be completed via email or phone correspondence, which means you don’t have to leave your lounge room!
